The Boise State football program likely will break the school record for season-ticket sales during its first season in the Mountain West.
Boise State sold a record 22,996 tickets last year and needs to sell fewer than 250 to reach that total for this year, ticket manager Anita Guerricabeitia said. “And we’re selling every day,” she said.The renewal rate was about 90 percent, she said. All fans on the waiting list have been contacted.
Prices increased by an average of 5 percent this year. Memberships in the Bronco Athletic Association, which is required for tickets in the core of the stadium, also increased.
