Bay Area Lawmakers Want Strict Concussion Rules

Coming on the heels of a San Jose student nearly died due to a blow to the head during a Thanksgiving Day football game, two Bay Area, Calif., lawmakers want to pass a new law that requires players who had suffered a concussion to obtain a doctor's note before returning to action.
