Eddie Reese begins this presentation with a detailed description of the key technical components of the breaststroke including the pull, kick, head and body position and timing of the stroke. Enhancing Eddie's on-deck discussion is technically-specific footage featuring former UT great and 2X Olympian, Nate Dusing. Coach Reese pulls these components together with a full stroke overview, then shares nine drills that he incorporates into his program that enhance both technique and training. In the common errors and corrections segment, Eddie looks at five of the most common errors he encounters in the stroke and offers drills and suggestions to correct the error. Reese devotes a segment to the pullout before detailing the turn and breakout and the start and breakout. Through every segment of this presentation, Eddie offers what is truly a "non-stop clinic" on breaststroke including priceless "nuggets" of information that will offer invaluable insight into coaching and swimming the breaststroke.
